Yes! Efficiency Manitoba offers a Home Insulation Rebate for homeowners with an active Manitoba Hydro account and a home built before 1999. Ask us about the full qualification requirements and we'll be happy to help you start down the path towards receiving rebates for your insulation upgrades.
